Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Preparer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing corporate taxes and financial statements in Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll HST and CRA audits along with a comprehensive grasp of corporate tax concepts such as CDA GRIP eligible dividends noneligible dividends ERDTOH and NERDTOH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file corporate tax returns for various clients in compliance with Canadian tax laws.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Conduct payroll processing and HST returns.

• Assist in CRA audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

• Stay uptodate with changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance with relevant laws.

• Collaborate with clients to address any taxrelated inquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate tax preparation in Canada.

• Strong understanding of payroll HST and CRA audits.

• Proficient in corporate tax concepts including CDA GRIP eligible dividends noneligible dividends ERDTOH and NERDTOH.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
