Job Title: SEO Generalist
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented SEO Generalist to join our team. This role focuses on backend duties and is essential for executing and supporting SEO strategies developed by our account managers. You will perform SEO audits and compile data that will be rolled up to the CEO providing crucial insights for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement SEO strategies as outlined by account managers with a focus on backend duties.
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Perform website migration checklists to ensure smooth transitions and adherence to SEO best practices.
- Prepare and deliver ongoing client reports summarizing key performance metrics and insights.
- Implement GA4 conversion tracking to measure and enhance website performance (this is a nonnegotiable requirement).
- Support Tanner in internal processes ensuring smooth onboarding of clients and execution of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with Tanner to provide ongoing support and reporting while he adds strategic insights.
- Follow established SOPs for audits and reporting.
- Proficiency in GA4 is required; familiarity with common SEO tools such as Ahrefs SEMRush and Google Search Console is a plus.
- Previous experience in an SEO or digital marketing role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Understanding of website migration processes and best practices.
