Job Description
Dein Aufgabengebiet
- Oversee the delivery of specific project functions such as coordinating all programrelated activities managing budgets and maintaining timelines. This includes close collaboration with the designated Program Operations Director for role support.
- Develop and manage the comprehensive Global Development Plan.
- Guide and motivate global program teams to successfully achieve program objectives.
- Lead and coordinate activities across preclinical translational and clinical stages to ensure assets are thoroughly evaluated at each phase.
- Facilitate effective crossfunctional coordination and communication particularly between departments managing CMC and clinical trial tasks.
- Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and senior leadership to shape and implement the organizations strategy.
- Uphold the highest standards of scientific integrity ethics and regulatory compliance ensuring alignment with all applicable GCP & GXP guidelines.
Dein Hintergrund
- Masters Degree oder PhD in Pharmacy Medicine or any other scientific field
- Extensive leadership and communication abilities (especially in crossfunctional areas)
- At least 7 years of experience in clinical development
- Proven program and project management experience
- Fluent English skills
