Hoola is changing how brands interact with their customers disrupting how two of the largest industries in commerce work (support marketing).

We empower eCommerce brands to build AI Agents that fully automate service conversations while generating new marketing opportunities in the process.

Our unique position stands on two core beliefs:

1. Customer Experience is being reimagined. The separation of support marketing will disappear leading to a new single category of tools powered by AI.
2. Support data is normally lost until now. Hoola scans all conversations for actionable insights (i.e. purchase intent) as well as relevant data to be used later in marketing (birthdays preferences etc) by the same AI agents.

Tareas

Your goal is simple make Hoola the coolest eCom SaaS in town.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone passionate about eCommerce and communications to shape what the future of commerce will look like. Our mission at Hoola is to make every eCommerce more human with 1:1 conversations. We need you to make sure the rest of the world knows.

Your responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Lead the creation and distribution of consistent onbrand and highquality content including blog posts articles video editing and scripts newsletters social media announcements white papers and case studies.
• Event Execution: Regularly plan and execute events collaborating with partners building excitement in the eCommerce community and working with sales to optimize both the activation of prospects and follow up processes.
• Build a Strong Ecosystem: Engage with the eCommerce ecosystem connect with partners prospects and clients via newsletters exclusive events and your own personal charisma.
• Brand Building: Turn Hoola into a recognizable brand in the eCommerce ecosystem for AI Customer Experience synonym of innovation customer centricity and exceptional results.
• Marketing Results Management: Oversee the portfolio of marketing initiatives ensuring timely and successful delivery from concept to execution. Monitor projects performance through key metrics and quality standards.

Having put together 1 event assisted 4 conferences and organized 4 webinars in < 3 months with effectively no team weve seen firsthand the impact of a strong brand and understand how hard it is to build. We expect you to 10x Results not to do it alone. Prove results request resources keep growing.

Requisitos

Above all we hire for drive talent and determination.

However our Talent Advisor told us to also include some more concrete requirements:

• Marketing Experience: 3 years creating marketing campaigns across channels with emphasis in content creation and organic growth (e.g. LinkedIn Direct Marketing SEO etc)
• Event Planning: Proven track record organizing and executing events webinars parties or similar.
• Outstanding Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and comfortable explaining complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Language Skills: Native level of Spanish professional level of English and Catalan or German as a nicetohave.
• Basic Design Knowledge: You have used design tools such as Figma Canva or similar.
• Good Taste: You love the unboxing experience of Apple products and the UX of Airbnb.
• Bias for Action: You get sh*t done.

BONUS Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience as an eCommerce operator. You own(ed) built or worked for an eCommerce business in the past.
• Interested in creating your personal brand in the eCommerce industry.
• Prior experience leading teams of people whether in sales or other domains.
