Job Description
Job Title: Inventory Clerk I
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 5 Months and 21 Days
Location: Louisville Colorado 80027
Shift: 1st shift

Job Description:
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties as assigned:
- Ensure inventories are secure accurately identified and accessible to authorized personnel.
- Maintain control over various inventories including raw materials subassemblies and finished goods.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile results with inventory records.
- Confirm quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are accurate.
- Analyze inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales needs.
Production Support Career Stream:
- Provide support in manufacturing operations and/or distribution centers involving assembly machinery processing packaging and distribution of products.
- Set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines in continuous production.
- Report malfunctions with higher levels potentially making adjustments to methods or processes.
- Engage in shipping receiving inventory control or product storage within distribution centers.
Differentiating Factors:
Autonomy:
- Entrylevel role with limited prior experience required; closely supervised defined tasks.
- Works on clearly defined clerical tasks in distribution center settings.
Organizational Impact:
- Performs basic tasks records data and follows standardized procedures within the manufacturing or distribution center.

- Resolves routine problems with prescribed solutions; provides data when minor adjustments are necessary.
Communication and Influence:
- Primarily communicates within the immediate job area requiring minimal explanation.
Leadership and Talent Management:
- Not applicable; focus is on selfdevelopment.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Basic knowledge of productionrelated systems is recommended.
