1. Setup and Operation:
Set up and operate audio, video, and lighting equipment for events, conferences, and presentations.
Test and troubleshoot all AV equipment prior to events to ensure proper functioning.
2. Maintenance and Repair:
Perform routine maintenance on AV equipment and address any technical issues that arise during events.
Keep inventory of equipment and ensure all gear is in good working condition.
3. Technical Support:
Provide on-site technical support during events, assisting presenters and attendees with AV-related issues.
Monitor audio and video feeds during events to ensure high-quality production.
4. Collaboration:
Work closely with event planners, production teams, and clients to understand specific AV needs and requirements.
Coordinate with other departments to integrate AV technology seamlessly into events.
5. Training:
Train staff and clients on the proper use of AV equipment as needed.
Develop and provide technical training materials for staff.
