Qualifications This is a marketing communications specialist type role within the IT organization. On this team there are many large complex products. The products are not the easiest for users to keep up with. The department has very technical people who are responsible for doing the product management with how things are pushed out and how they work but they are lacking the ability to put that into a digestible and consumable communication for users. When a new feature is coming out this person would be able to know the best communication style for that situation. This person would focus on what changes need to be communicated and how will they be communicated and document in a simpler way for users to understand. Need someone who has a bigger vision of what communication should look like for users and be able to do and delegate. This role would also have an entry level person who they can task with some of the smaller assignments to help with workload. It s important that they have some technical knowledge so they can conceptually understand what they are doing. This person wouldn t need to be a technical expert they just need to understand how it would impact or help the user perspective. This person will be focused on communications developing training and marketing to keep users engaged. Must have strong user experience M365 products (which includes; Microsoft Exchange SharePoint & Teams as a base) Nice to have: Video content creation (i.e. tutorials and best practices) Any experience with Ambassador programs would be ideal if they have technical experience that they could be live in front of customers regarding Office Suite Teams Teams Outlook applications.
