Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Mixer to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for blending and mixing various materials to create highquality products. This role requires a strong understanding of machinery and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment. The Mixer will play a crucial role in ensuring that production processes run smoothly and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate mixing equipment to combine ingredients accurately achieving the desired texture consistency and quality.
- Precisely weigh and scale ingredients according to recipe requirements to ensure consistency and quality in all batches.
- Monitor the mixing process making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members in the warehouse to facilitate the movement of materials and finished products.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of machining processes and carpentry skills are an asset.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications - Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 30-35 lbs) consistently throughout the shift. - Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is an asset. - Experience in packing or picking, repackaging, labeling, etc. is an asset. - Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures is essential. - Experience with order pickers or similar equipment is advantageous. - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks performed. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. - Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
