Job Description
Job Title: Clinical Care Navigator
Location: Remote TX
Duration: 6 months
Shift:Hours of operation is 86:30 CST pm.
Pay rate: $17.0023.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- These positions work in a Call Center setting where the contractors are on a phone queue
- Inbound call center assist and educate Medicaid members on benefits and Services such as PCP Changes ID Cards and Coordinate transportation and other services.
Skills:
- Call Center Medical Background Working with the Aging Blind and Disabled Population
- Great customer service
- At least 4 years of combined work experience
- Adherence 90% or above
- Quality 94% or above
