Location: Raleigh NC (27610)

Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Testing Specialist to join our team providing essential testing support for software applications. The role involves analyzing project requirements executing test cases and managing defects. This hybrid position allows for remote work with occasional onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project requirements for clarity and testability.
- Develop test plans and execute manual test cases.
- Manage defects and generate comprehensive testing reports.
- Collaborate on testing artifacts including metrics and defect reports.
- Provide weekly status updates to management.
Required Technical Skills:
- 5 years of experience testing business web applications and complex systems.
- Proficient in designing test plans and executing manual test cases.
- Familiarity with OpenText Testing Tools Suite (ALM UFT LoadRunner/Performance Center SiteScope).
- Experience with Mainframe/DB2 and SQL for Data Validations (3 years).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio).
