Job Title: PLM Business Analyst
Location: Orlando FL (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PLM Business Analyst to lead the implementation and optimization of PLM solutions within the Retail Fashion Apparel domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to understand business processes translate them into requirements for the FlexPLM tool and ensure effective use and education of the PLM system across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Analysis: Work with different functions and stakeholders to understand the business processes relevant for PLM and translate these processes into requirements for the FlexPLM tool.
- PLM Implementation: Actively contribute to the implementation and embedding of the PLM capability providing expertise on PLM processes and systems.
- User Support: Serve as the point of escalation for users regarding the use of PLM processes and systems.
- User Training: Provide education to users and develop process documentation.
- Data Management: Build expertise on how product data is reflected in the PLM tool and how this data is used for different PLMrelated processes.
- Domain Expertise: Act as a process expert on FlexPLM for the Retail Fashion Apparel domain.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in PLM processes and systems with a focus on FlexPLM.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Retail Fashion Apparel industry and its processes.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Engineering IT).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for user training and documentation development.
