Job Description

Job Title: Cisco Contact Center Solutions Engineer
Location: San Jose CA (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Center Engineer with indepth knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Cisco Voice Portal (CVP). The ideal candidate will have handson experience in UCCE call flow scripts CVP scripting and VXML application development. This role involves troubleshooting UCCE/CVP solutions and driving incidents towards resolution while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate should also possess excellent communication planning and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implementation: Design implement and maintain Cisco UCCE and CVP solutions.
  • Development and Troubleshooting: Develop and troubleshoot UCCE call flow scripts and CVP micro apps.
  • Configuration Management: Configure and troubleshoot VXML Gateway and VXML applications.
  • Reporting: Generate reports using Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC).
  • Automation Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to automate processes using various APIs and protocols (AXL REST SOAP).
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues to ensure seamless contact center operations.
  • Documentation and Training: Maintain documentation and provide training to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in Cisco UCCE and CVP environments.
  • Certifications: ITIL Foundation level knowledge is preferred.

Key Skills: CVP scripting VXML applications VXML Gateway configuration CUIC reporting Cisco communication technologies (CUCM IM&P CUC) APIs/SDKs (AXL REST SOAP) troubleshooting UCCE/CVP solutions excellent communication skills planning and organizational skills ITIL knowledge CCNP Collaboration CCNP DevNet Collaboration Automation certifications Microsoft Active Directory Microsoft SQL experience scripting (Python Linux) Data Center technologies (VMware UCS).
