Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Cisco UCCE/CVP Specialist with indepth knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Cisco Voice Portal (CVP). The ideal candidate will have handson experience in call flow scripting VXML application and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in UCCE/CVP environments while ensuring highlevel customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cisco UCCE Architecture: Expert understanding of UCCE architecture deployment models and core components.
- UCCE Call Flow Scripts: Handson experience in creating and managing UCCE call flow scripts for customer interaction.
- CVP Scripting: Proficiency in CVP micro app development and VXML applications.
- VXML Gateway Configuration: Configuration maintenance and troubleshooting of VXML Gateways.
- CUIC Reporting: Use Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) for generating detailed reports and analytics.
- Unified Communication Technologies: Collaborate with and configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM IM&P CUC) for full voice platform integration.
- Automation and APIs: Strong understanding of APIs and protocols like AXL REST and SOAP for workflow automation.
- Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot complex UCCE/CVP solutions driving resolution and ensuring service availability.
- Customer Engagement: Provide highlevel customer support by identifying problems taking ownership and delivering solutions with a customercentric approach
Key Qualifications:
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Cisco Unified Communication products including CUCM and CUC.
- Automation Skills: Knowledge of automation technologies and protocols (AXL REST SOAP).
- ITIL Foundation: Certified or possess equivalent ITIL knowledge.
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to drive complex issues to resolution.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication with proven skills in stakeholder engagement and presentation.
