Job Description
Job Title: SFDC Lead/Architect
Location: Fort Mill SC (Hybrid)
Duration: Fulltime
We are hiring for a SFDC Lead /Architect with the following skills:
- Experience: 10 to 15 Years
- Lead the design development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the development and deployment of custom Salesforce applications integrations and enhancements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.
- Ensure best practices in coding configuration and security are followed.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the codebase.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates and recommend improvements.
- Manage and maintain Salesforce environments including sandbox and production.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar role. Indepth knowledge of Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Experience with data migration integration and ETL processes.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
