Job Title: Business Architect
Location: Remote
Duration: / Term: 06 months Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an omnichannel strategy that aligns with the organizations business goals and customer service objectives.
- Design and implement solutions that integrate various communication channels including phone email chat/SMS.
- Analyze current operational pain points & processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate across technical and business teams to ensure cohesive and effective omnichannel strategies.
- Ensure all processes and systems comply with relevant regulations and standards maintaining the highest level of data security and privacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in designing and implementing omnichannel strategies and call center operations.
- Proficiency in telephony systems IVR and other relevant technologies.
- Strong ability to analyze data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong problemsolving abilities.
