Job Title : PLM Test Automation Engineer (Teamcenter)

Job Summary: We are seeking a PLM Test Automation Engineer with over 5 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) specializing in Team center and at least 3 years of experience in test automation development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing automated test strategies plans and cases while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to validate business processes in the PLM work stream. Strong expertise in automated testing tools and programming languages like Python and Java is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• PLM Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for business validations within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) work stream integrated with Master Data Management (MDM).
• Test Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with Capability Architects to develop comprehensive test strategies plans test scenarios and test cases for assigned projects ensuring thorough QA validations and signoff.
• Automation Development: Design develop and implement automated tests using tools like Selenium and Appium and programmatically using languages such as Python and Java.
• Web Technologies Testing: Work with web technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript to create automated tests that ensure the functionality of PLMrelated web applications.
• EndtoEnd Testing: Collaborate with thirdparty partners to conduct endtoend supplychain integration testing ensuring the smooth functioning of PLM systems.
• Test Execution: Evaluate and execute applicable test cases documenting and maintaining uptodate test results.
• Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders and project teams informed of testing progress issues and statuses ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Problem Solving & Debugging: Analyze system logs and debug issues effectively communicating problems and resolutions across internal and external teams.
• Process Innovation: Provide innovative solutions to improve testing productivity processes and the overall efficiency of PLM test automation.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases plans results and issues ensuring clarity for stakeholders and team members..

MustHave Skills:

• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): At least 5 years of handson experience working on essential aspects of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Teamcenter Expertise: At least 5 years of handson experience testing modules and features of the Teamcenter application.
• Automation Testing: Minimum 3 years of handson experience in developing automation tests preferably in the Supply Chain domain.
• Programming Proficiency: Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
• Test Automation Tools: Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium and Appium.
• Web Technologies: Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• QA Methodologies: Strong understanding of software QA methodologies tools and processes.
• Test Plans & Cases: Proficient in creating test plans and test cases.
• Debugging Experience: Handson experience in debugging problems through system logs.
