Key Responsibilities: Architecture and design: Develop and maintain the overall architecture strategy for Oracle applications including ERP databases and integrations with other enterprise systems. Technical oversight: Provide technical leadership throughout the full lifecycle of Oracle projects ensuring alignment with business objectives technical standards and best practices. System integrations: Design and implement seamless integrations between Oracle applications and other business systems using APIs middleware and other integration tools. Performance optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize the performance scalability and reliability of Oracle solutions conducting regular assessments and implementing improvements as needed. Collaboration and stakeholder management: Partner with business leaders project managers and development teams to understand requirements translate them into technical solutions and communicate architectural decisions. Security and compliance: Ensure that Oracle applications and related systems adhere to security best practices industry standards and regulatory requirements. Technical documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation including diagrams technical specifications and standard operating procedures. Stay updated: Monitor emerging Oracle technologies industry trends and best practices recommending enhancements that align with the organization s strategic goals. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus. Experience: o 10 years of experience in Oracle technologies including at least 5 years in an architecture or senior technical role. o Proven experience designing and implementing Oracle ERP solutions (such as Oracle EBusiness Suite Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud). Technical Skills: o Deep understanding of Oracle databases including PLSQL SQL performance tuning and database architecture. o Proficiency with Oracle ERP modules (Finance Supply Chain HR) and associated business processes. o Experience with Oracle integration technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud RESTSOAP APIs and middleware. o Strong understanding of cloudbased Oracle solutions including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Cloud ERP. Soft Skills: o Strong leadership and project management skills with a collaborative approach to working with crossfunctional teams. o Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities. o Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
