Job Description
Summary: The Supervisor of Electrical oversees repair installation and maintenance services for onsite and field operations focusing on achieving key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction safety and timely project completion. This role is instrumental in maintaining high service standards and coordinating with vendors team members and clients to ensure compliance with electrical codes and company policies while driving operational efficiency and resource optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all Environmental Health & Safety standards including holding regular safety meetings.
- Supervise and direct Journeyman apprentices and other team members ensuring adherence to local electrical codes and safety protocols.
- Oversee installation and maintenance of electrical systems and ensure all work follows blueprints schematics and national standards.
- Conduct quality control on team projects monitoring compliance with codes regulations and client specifications.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients and contractors managing project progress and communication.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree preferred.
- Supervising Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum 3 years managing teams across multiple locations or 2 years of WillScot electrical experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook); strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred: 5 years of electrical experience project management knowledge of DOT compliance and experience in apprenticeship programs.
