Job Description
Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs. This role requires a resultsdriven KPIoriented individual who can develop recruitment strategies maintain candidate relationships and collaborate with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates using job boards social media networking and referrals.
- Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
- Negotiate job offers and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and stay updated on recruitment trends.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in recruitment.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Experience with SAP business processing system (preferred).
- Strong organizational and attentiontodetail skills.
- Proficiency in using platforms like Indeed LinkedIn and local job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and peers.
