Job Description
RPA Developer
Location: Wilmington DE (Onsite 4 days/week Remote 1 day/week)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation. Design develop and implement RPA solutions using industryleading RPA tools.
- Configure and maintain RPA bots to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve RPArelated issues.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA solutions. Stay updated on the latest RPA technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Experience in RPA development and implementation.
- Proficiency in at least one RPA tool (e.g. UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism). Strong understanding of programming concepts and scripting languages (e.g. Python .NET).
- Experience with process analysis and design methodologies. Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with RPA implementation in a regulated environment (e.g. healthcare pharmaceutical).
- Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
- Experience with cloudbased RPA platforms
