REQUIRED SKILLS
DevOps
Ideally a Genesys Cloud Rest API and Telecom knowledge
o Doesnt have to have Genesys is aware its a rare combo
Data Skillsets are FIRM requirements
Data/Devops person who can speak Telecom
Review/ add to current scripting stack
Strong Rest API
DevOps
Backup restore data with APIs
Test Scripts to fit the standards for automation
Web Based Scripting is essential
