Top Requirements
(Must haves)
5 years of experience related to procurement/sourcing and contracts management experience
Contract experience related to IT SaaS and hardware contracts is required
Experience related to SaaS/hardware/licensing work. Understanding of licensing structure creating a negotiation strategy and writing contracts.
Experience redlining contracts (MSA or SOW) related to Terms and conditions coming from overarching MSA
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with high volume of transactional contracts
Experience supporting a technology organization and partnering with different crossfunctional teams to work through contracts (ie. legal security vendor partners etc.).
o Retail technology experience is highly preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience with esignature tools and spend management tools.
Fouryear undergraduate degree (preferably in Business Accounting Finance or related field)
o Background in legal is a plus
