Job Description
Leasing Executive
- Daily activities of the leasing department in accordance with Company’s policies and standards.
- Responsible for all leasing functions which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
- Completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.
- Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department.
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts practices and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Identifying problem areas and proactively improving performance of operational activities and issues.
- Negotiate the services provision of signature tenant lease agreements with clients and continue to lead relationship management with Key clients.
- Build and maintain good relationships with Key clients and retail groups.
