The Job Includes:
- Ensure the maintenance and repair of all buildings platforms and infrastructure to support safe efficient operations without disruptions.
- Oversee the design fabrication and installation of new platforms and fuel systems in resorts and remote locations collaborating with vehicle and electrical teams.
- Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety practices providing suitable safety gear and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain and procure necessary tools equipment and materials coordinating with the stores team to avoid operational interruptions.
- Supervise and motivate staff fostering a positive team environment and address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Facility Management or a related field.
- 5 years in facilities or infrastructure maintenance with experience in overseeing projects at multiple locations.
- Strong project management and planning skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
- Proven experience in supervising training and motivating staff in a collaborative team environment
Good results in GCE A/L Extensive skills in MS office software Excellent communication skills in English Sound analytical skills Flexibility to work in shifts Prior experience in a similar position will be an added advantage.
