To enhance delegation and ensure its balance among key stakeholders, we propose a comprehensive strategy centered on three main pillars: distribution experimentation, delegation innovation, and cross-functional alignment.

1. Distribution Experimentation

Our first focus is on testing various methods for distributing voting power. This involves designing and implementing experiments that include:

• Airdrops: Allocating tokens to existing and potential voters to encourage participation and increase the overall voting pool.
• Marketing Campaigns: Crafting targeted outreach initiatives to educate stakeholders about the importance of delegation and how to participate effectively.
• Partnerships: Collaborating with other organizations and projects to broaden the reach and impact of our voting power distribution.
• Governance Programs: Establishing initiatives that reward users for engaging in governance activities, thereby incentivizing active participation.
