Content Moderator (German Speaker) Lisbon
Languages: German C2 English B2
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Start Date: 18 November 2024
Work Model: OnSite
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 22:00 (rotating shifts 40 hours per week)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Base Salary: 1300 EUR (14 months)
Language Bonus: 250 EUR/month (paid over 12 months)
Performance Bonus: Up to 380 EUR

What Youll Do:
As a Content Moderator your role will be to keep the digital landscape safe and positive by ensuring that all content follows platform guidelines. Youll be the guardian of quality content responsible for:
- Reviewing and moderating usergenerated content to ensure it aligns with community standards.
- Safeguarding the platform filtering out harmful or inappropriate material while promoting a positive online experience.
- Making realtime decisions on flagged content ensuring swift and accurate reviews.
- Collaborating with your team to constantly improve moderation processes and maintain the highest standards.
Who You Are:
- You are a nativelevel German speaker (C2) with excellent English skills (B2).
- You thrive on solving problems and have an eye for detail able to quickly identify content that doesnt follow the rules.
- Youre adaptable quick to learn and enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same.
- Team spirit runs in your veins but youre also comfortable taking ownership of your tasks.
