Job Description:
We are seeking an Expert Architecte IAM (Identity Access Management) to join our team within the CIO Office reporting to the Team Leader of the IAM team in the Information Security department. The core mission of the IS Security team is to manage and implement IT security across the organization. In this role you will contribute to the implementation of an IAM architecture aligned with organizational security goals.
This role requires a strong background in IAM governance architecture development and coaching teams on best practices. You will be instrumental in updating and aligning IAM strategies with security standards to meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- IAM Architecture Implementation: Contribute to the design and implementation of an IAM architecture as part of the Identity Access Management project.
- Technology Alignment: Ensure the IAM technology is aligned with the organizations security architecture updating the strategy principles and IAM standards in line with company objectives.
- IAM Governance (IGA): Establish and manage IAM governance to ensure proper identity and access management processes across the organization.
- Team Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to teams during the implementation of IAM rules and tools.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required Experience:
- Expertise in Active Directory (AD) / Azure AD (AAD).
- Experience with Authentication CIAM IGA PAM/PIM SoD and Single SignOn (SSO).
- Strong understanding of IAM processes including governance compliance and system architecture.
Technical Expertise:
- Active Directory / Azure AD: Expert
- Authentication: Expert
- Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM): Expert
- Identity Governance and Administration (IGA): Expert
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)/ Privileged Identity Management (PIM): Expert
- Segregation of Duties (SoD): Expert
- Single SignOn (SSO): Expert
Languages:
- French or Dutch: Excellent proficiency
- Second Language (French or Dutch): Good proficiency
- English: Professional working proficiency
Additional Information:
- The mission can be renewed for a maximum duration (including the initial period) of up to 880 working days.
- Location: Cantersteen 1 1000 Brussels with a hybrid work option available (2 days in the office).
- Certification in ITIL v3 Foundation is an advantage.
- Experience in the public transport sector is desirable.
