Medical Technologist Opportunity
One of our clients in the area has engaged us to help them recruit a Medical Technologist to join their growing team of healthcare professionals. Our client is committed to delivering highquality patient care by leveraging stateoftheart technology and innovative laboratory practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic laboratory tests in hematology microbiology immunology chemistry and blood banking.
- Analyze and interpret test results ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Operate calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide critical test results.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of laboratory tests and procedures.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Medical Technology Clinical Laboratory Science or related field.
- Certification by ASCP AMT or equivalent (preferred).
- State licensure (if required).
- 13 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting (new graduates are also welcome to apply).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
