Job Description
We are partnering with our client to identify dedicated Temporary Educators who will provide essential classroom coverage during the absence of regular teachers. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless learning experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement lesson plans effectively delivering engaging instruction in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Foster a positive learning environment by managing classroom behavior and encouraging student participation.
- Assist students with their learning needs providing support and answering questions as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress to ensure accountability and communication.
- Collaborate with client staff to support educational goals and enhance the learning experience for students.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate the varying needs and abilities of students across different grades.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or relevant educational qualifications.
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in diverse classroom settings.
- Strong classroom management skills and flexibility to adapt to different teaching environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff.
