Job Description
- Need an Architect with hands on experience in OMS inventory application
- Lots of features and functions in this app some enabled and other not yet enabled why they want an architect to tell them how it would operate
- Installed in Walgreens MS azure Kubernetes system their own AKS experienced with MS and AKS setting up nod pool and all services deploying out there
- Sits on Cassandra database
- Hazel cast inmemory process used by blue yonder how many boxed o Kleenex in this store looks in memory cache
- Someone who understands this app and can configure it how to configure function in it
- WMS (warehouse management) and/or TMS (transportation) only experience will not work
- He needs blue yonder OMS inventory side
- Blue yonder performance volume testing
- Walgreens has largest blue yonder installs of any other clients
- 8000 stores and thousands of customers
- With new feature 10000 calls per hour coming in they need performance testing add additional servers/ad pools in azure Kubernetes etc.
- Custom backend loading if Fedex sends out an update (heres a list of dates that FedEx will not be picking up bc they will be closed bc of thanksgiving etc.) mass uploads to load data back there Jmeter and python are a nice to have to add this info into blue yonder
- Musthave skills
- Blue Yonder experience especially Handson in Blue Yonder OMS / Inventory
- BY Nodepools (kafkanp general cpcommonnp consumernp avlbltynp avlbltyhz)
- BY services and management of services pods Hazelcast Cassandra Db Confluent Kafka
- Messaging systems Grafana dashboards for monitoring BY Version upgrades (configuring deploying testing Perf testing) BY configurations of BY OMS / Inventory features BY Performance testing
- Nice to have skills
- Microservices Azure Kubernetes (AKS) Javascript NodeJS Python for custom interfaces Microsoft ADO Repos Pipelines Jmeter BY MDM (Master Data Management) configuration and usage
