As a PartTime Help Desk Support you will play a role in ensuring the efficiency security and technological reliability of our team of analysts. Your key responsibilities will include the installation configuration and maintenance of software applications on employee workstations enhancing overall workflow efficiency and addressing support needs of the organization from a technology aspect. The role covers night and weekend hours and will also assist in special projects as needed to sustain a robust and efficient technology infrastructure.
Install configure and maintain software applications on office workstations.
Escalate issues that occur in workstations internet connectivity streaming services hardware and other inoffice equipment.
Audit inventory and apply approved software updates and aligning with existing company policies.
Quickly address issues during gameday operations to optimize data collection troubleshoot issues and documenting technical support to endusers to ensure a secure and stable computing environment.
Work availability for nights weekends and holiday shifts as needed.
