Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Create and revise detailed CAD drawings for various furniture designs ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with designers engineers and production teams to understand project requirements and integrate feedback.
- Maintain and organize an uptodate library of CAD files and documentation for easy access and reference.
- Prepare presentation materials and prototypes for client meetings and product showcases.
- Ensure all designs comply with company standards industry regulations and best practices.
- Assist in developing product specifications materials lists and cost estimates.
- Stay current with industry trends materials and technologies
Requirement
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in ComputerAided Design (CAD) Furniture Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Previous experience in furniture design or manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce highquality precise drawings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment. Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of woodworking and furniture production processes.
- Familiarity with materials and finishes used in furniture design.
