Job Summary:
As an AI & STEM Technology Analyst Intern you will focus on analyzing data trends and technologies within the fields of artificial intelligence and STEM. You will help identify insights from large datasets conduct research on emerging technologies and provide support in evaluating AIrelated solutions. This role provides university students with valuable exposure to AI and STEM analysis helping them to develop critical thinking and datadriven decisionmaking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns correlations and opportunities within AI and STEM fields.
- Assist in preparing data visualizations reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Research & Evaluation:
- Conduct research on emerging AI and STEM technologies market trends and industry advancements.
- Evaluate the potential impact of new AI tools and solutions including their feasibility and applications in various sectors.
- Monitor competitive technologies and provide comparative analyses on innovations in AI and STEM.
- Technology Impact Assessment:
- Analyze how AI and STEM technologies can be applied to solve business or societal challenges.
- Support in identifying opportunities for optimizing AI solutions and assessing their broader impact.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data scientists engineers and business analysts to provide insights from your research and analysis.
- Assist in drafting reports and presentations summarizing key findings from your analysis and research.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering Mathematics or a related STEM field.
- Experience: Familiarity with data analysis AI concepts and technology trends (academic coursework or internships in these areas is a plus).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Python R).
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Ability to effectively communicate datadriven insights through presentations and reports.
Key Competencies:
- Eagerness to explore emerging AI and STEM technologies.
- Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently on analysis and research tasks.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills when working with various departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
- Interest in evaluating AI applications in fields such as healthcare education or robotics.
- Passion for STEM innovation and technological advancements.
