Were hiring a Customer Services Manager for one of our clusters in Madinah.
Mission:
Reporting functionally to the Customer Services Director and working in close cooperation with the O&M directors and his O&M staff.
The Branch Customer Service Manager is responsible for organizing and managing all Customer Services activities on the ground in Madinah and Tabuk branches.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient implementation of customer service processes and procedures are applied systematically in both front and back office activities.
- Enable the organization to reach contractual targets and international standards.
- Ensure and maintain the best possible working interface with other departments within the Cluster team especially the O&M department.
- Review staff capacity and support the HR Director and Customer Services Director for the preparation of the Customer services training and development programme.
- In consultation with the ICT Manager review customer data records and storage methods to complete and update the customer record database in digital form.
- Prepare the demand management strategy report to develop customer water awareness.
- With the support of the O&M and Commercial Department implement the improved new connections procedures and revenue metering strategy defined by the Customer Services Director.Review current customer service systems resources methods practices and needs.
Requirements:
- Background in Business Administration or a similar field;
- 10 years of experience.
- Experience in water industry
- Living in Madinah or able to move.
