Job Description
As a Senior Java Developer youll focus on backend development (Java) within our Custom Developments team.
Key Responsibilities
- Backend development using Java 21 and Spring Boot
- Adhering to client coding standards for secure highquality and maintainable code
- Investigating and resolving technical backend issues
- Supporting the technical architecture of features under development
- Identifying potential pitfalls and benefits of various technical solutions
- Contributing to highlevel and detailed estimations for upcoming features
- Clarifying functional analyses before development begins or filling in gaps if necessary
Profile
- You hold a bachelors or masters degree and bring relevant experience as a senior developer
- You have extensive experience with Java Spring Boot and Hibernate
- Familiarity with integration or endtoend testing
- Experience working with MSSQL databases
- Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage
- Comfortable working in an Agile (scrum) environment
- Strong communicator with proven relationshipbuilding skills
- Proactive adaptable and solutionoriented
- Highly organized and structured in your approach
- Knowledge of DevOps and/or REACT is a plus
