Regional Business Manager Leading Fitness Brand
Washington DC area
$80000 and $90000 USD with an OnTarget Earnings (OTE) potential of an additional 25% based on performance.

As the Regional Business Manager you will drive regional business growth by developing and executing commercially focused sales strategies while leading and mentoring Sales Managers and Operations teams across multiple locations. Youll be responsible for ensuring targets are met operational standards are maintained and the client journey is seamless across all sites. Your leadership will be crucial in driving revenue client retention and operational efficiency helping this toptier fitness brand continue to set the standard in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales teams to achieve revenue growth and client retention goals across multiple fitness locations.
- Oversee daily operational standards ensuring efficiency cost control and exceptional service across all sites.
- Collaborate with marketing customer success and operations teams to ensure an aligned strategy for sales growth and client satisfaction.
- Implement client retention strategies that increase loyalty and enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in sales and operations management preferably within the fitness or wellness sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading sales teams across multiple sites.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance revenue generation and operational efficiency.
- Experience managing operational standards including health and safety regulations and facility management.
- A passion for fitness and wellness and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
