Assignment Start Date: 12/2/2024
Assignment Shift Information: Day shift
Assignment Salary: $97050.00 to $109990.00

Occupational Therapist (OT): Plans develops and implements progressive rehabilitation programs for patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Prior Occupational Therapy experience in acute care outpatient inpatient rehabilitation skilled nursing or home health environments is preferred.
- Acute care experience is highly preferred.
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Current Hawaii State license as an Occupational Therapist.
- Current certification as Occupational Therapy Registered (OTR) from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Inc.
- Current BLS certification.
EMR System: Knowledge or experience desired
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Standing walking finger dexterity seeing hearing speaking.
- Constant: reaching below the shoulder.
- Frequent: stooping/bending lifting usual weight of 15 pounds pushing/pulling usual weight of up to 50 pounds reaching above/below shoulder squatting twisting body carrying usual weight of 15 pounds repetitive arm/hand motions.
- Occasional: kneeling crawling climbing stairs walking on uneven ground static gripping of an object for prolonged periods frequent gripping of an object.
