The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is seeking a Systems Analyst with strong Full Stack Developer experince.
Job Description
Understands business objectives and problems identifies alternative solutions performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes user requirements procedures and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures identify problems and learn specific input and output requirements such as forms of data input how data is to be; summarized and formats for reports. Writes detailed description of user needs program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities specifications and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.

Preferred Skills/Experience 8 Required Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer 4 Preferred Cloud experience STRONGLY preferred. 4 Preferred Proven frontend development experience STRONGLY preferred using HTML/CSS Javascript and React JS. 4 Preferred Proven backend development experience using Java STRONGLY preferred. 4 Preferred Proven database development experience STRONGLY preferred using one or more relational databases such as Oracle SQL Server My SQL Snowflake or similar. 3 Preferred Dev Ops experience. 2 Preferred Proven cloud web application development experience STRONGLY preferred using AWS technologies such as AWS Amplify AWS Lambda Amazon API Gateway 1 Preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills 1 Preferred Degree in Computer Science Statistics or relevant field.
