Job Description
Job Title: L3 Support Specialist
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with agencies and business areas to gather business requirements and translate them into technical and security infrastructure needs resulting in comprehensive architecture design documentation that includes data flows system interfaces and authentication.
- Experience managing a team of Solution Architects and Level 3 Operational/Technical support personnel to ensure effective communication and a clear understanding of both technical and business concepts.
- Experience leading the adoption of modern technologies essential to the core mission of the organization including but not limited to DevSecOps Cybersecurity Cloud Computing AI technologies and Business Intelligence/Data Analytics.
- Experience partnering and facilitating communication of technical and business concepts and strategies among stakeholders including business units IT teams and external vendors.
- Experience reviewing new products to ensure they align with business requirements and comply with IT policies.
