The System Administration Director oversees the organizations Microsoft 365 infrastructure and cloudbased solutions driving strategic alignment with business goals. This role involves leading a team of system administrators managing IT infrastructure and ensuring optimal performance and security. The Director will develop and execute cloud migration strategies enforce compliance and security policies and manage the IT budget. Collaboration with executive leadership and vendors is essential to negotiate contracts and enhance service delivery. Candidates should possess a bachelors degree 810 years of IT experience leadership skills and certifications in relevant technologies with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

- Familiarity with compliance and security practices is also required along with experience in budget management and vendor relations ensuring candidates possess the necessary expertise to align IT strategies with organizational goals.
Education Required
- Candidates for the System Administration Director position must hold a minimum of a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- A masters degree is preferred reflecting advanced knowledge and strategic thinking in IT management.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or ITIL Foundation are also advantageous demonstrating a commitment to professional development and expertise in cloud technologies and IT best practices.
