Software Testing Test Case Development Detect and identify webbased software failures Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Defect Tracking and Test Case Management Interpret process diagrams (Business Process Workflow diagrams) Communication skills both verbally and in writing Collaboration skills in a crossfunctional teams Keen attention to detail and processes Problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Listening and interpersonal skills Highly selfmotivated responsible and cooperative Proficient in Microsoft software service desk ticket management and communication tools

Ability to quickly learn a new system and adapt to change Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies Knowledge of software development project management requirement gathering lifecycles Creative thinker and able to provide unbiased reporting (good and bad results)

3 years of experience with the following:
