Job Description
Job Title: Visa Coordinator /Immigration and Support Services Specialist
Location: Bethesda MD
Onsite
We are seeking a dedicated Immigration and Support Services Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with a highlevel organization to support immigration processing compliance and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills and experience with immigration services support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process foreign worker employment authorizations and track status
- Review edit and prepare petitions for submission to USCIS
- Verify educational credentials and documents; manage deficient packages in coordination with staff
- Provide EnteronDuty and Walkin services; welcome and onboard temporary workers
- Track status of all petition filings and assist with frontoffice support as needed
- Maintain office files and perform data entry for scientists information
- Coordinate outreach activities and training materials for temporary workers
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required; High School diploma or equivalent also considered
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
