We here at Evolve Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Skilled Nursing Long Term Care Unit (LTC/SNF ) team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care in a critical care setting. Desired Start Date 11/18

• Are there Tele monitors If so do you have monitor techs on this unit Do RNs read strips No
• Are RNs required to attend team conferences for acute inpatient rehab n/a DON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor
• Physician availability after hours Yes
• Interdisciplinary Team: PT/OT/SLP Pulmonary or Cardiac Rehab Case Managers Social Workers Dieticians OT (FT) SLP (PRN) care managers/social workers x2 (FT) dietitian (FT) recreation therapist (FT) 2 medical directors (oncall) 1 APRN (inhouse FT)
• Is RT onsite 24/7 Oxygen Therapy /Equipment (ie Cpap Bipap High Flow) No.
• Oxygen therapy via nasal canula
• Pharmacy onsite Medication dispensing system No.
• KellyRoss delivers medications 2x/day
• Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow selfscheduling Block scheduling) No; no. Consistent shifts (days or evenings or nights) but variable days. Schedules are completed according to the need and sent out to staff 6 weeks in advance.

Facility Requirements:

• Valid RN WA license
• BLS 1 Year LTC/SNF Experience.
• Travel Nursing Experience is A MUST!
