NextGen Mirth Platform Developer
Remote US
6 months to start strong possibility to extend
Must Have :
- Looking for a Developer with Mirth Connect its required for this role.
- Candidates must have experience within Mirth Connect. DO NOT submit candidates without it
- The team is looking to interview as early as Monday and does hire off of a one round video interview.
- Job titles can range from Mirth Developer Interface developer etc but theyll need to have Mirth Connect
Project Notes:
- Supporting a process built on Mirth Connect for their Pre Enrollment System. It takes in data and then generates an 834 enrollment file that gets sent to HRP their primary Enrollment and Claims Adjudication platform.
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and adaptable NextGen Mirth Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrations using the Mirth Connect platform ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability within our healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement realtime solutions using HL7based interfaces and other data exchange standards.
- Create automated data workflow exchanges using HL7 FHIR RESTful Services and JSON formatted data with external systems and applications.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture direction.
- Participate in and/or lead code reviews to ensure highquality code and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues providing systematic problem identification analysis and resolution.
- Translate business requirements and/or functional specifications into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing Mirth Connect interfaces and develop new ones as needed.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.
Job Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining integrations using Mirth Connect.
- Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR JSON and other healthcare data exchange standards.
- Experience in designing and architecting Health Information Exchange (HIE) and customerfacing applications.
- Proficiency in RESTful Services and crossplatform solutions design.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze and reduce complex problems into manageable components.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in an integrated team environment.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
