Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Promote approved products within a defined region achieving sales targets by communicating the clinical and scientific benefits to healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Develop and implement detailed territory and account plans using insights and feedback to inform strategies.
- Conduct inoffice presentations and organize speaker programs delivering accurate and compliant scientific information.
- Maintain a high level of expertise on assigned products and stay uptodate with emerging data.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance customer experience and share relevant insights.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies regulations and industry standards.
- Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to plan and track interactions and engagement with HCPs.
Requirements:
- Advanced scientific degree preferred or 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals/biotechnology in healthcare sales or a related role.
- Experience in dermatology is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to communicate clinical data effectively to healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated success in account management and achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams with a proactive solutionoriented approach.
- Strong customer relationship management and ability to tailor solutions to meet HCP needs.
- Competency in using digital tools and CRM systems for planning and tracking interactions.
