Installation Helper
Pay:$18/hour
Hours:Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Some Overtime Required)

Responsibilities
Installation & Setup:
- Assist with the installation and setup of refrigeration systems with precision and care.
- Support technicians with tools materials and system alignment during installations.
System Testing & Troubleshooting:
- Help test and diagnose systems to ensure peak performance.
- Identify and resolve basic installation challenges onsite.
Client Support & Maintenance Advice:
- Provide friendly assistance to clients helping them understand system operation.
- Offer tips for maintaining refrigeration units to improve efficiency and lifespan.
Qualifications
- Prior experience ininstallation or refrigerationis a plus but not required.
- Ability to usebasic toolsand follow technical instructions.
- Strong problemsolving skills withattention to detail.
- Friendly attitude andexcellent communication skills.
- Ability to work bothindependentlyand as part of a team.
- Willingness totravel to various job sitesas needed.
