This is a remote position.
Location: Newark NJ or Fort Washington PA
Duration: 18 Months
About Excis:
Excis is a leading provider of customer experience solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys PS Resource with expertise in AI Bots to join our team and contribute to our innovative projects.
Responsibilities:
- Migration and Enhancement: Seamlessly migrate existing call flows from Avaya to the Genesys platform. Leverage AI Bot technology to enhance these call flows providing a more efficient and personalized customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including Scrum Masters to ensure successful project execution and integration with customer teams.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Genesys and AI Bot Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Genesys platforms and AI Bot technologies including their implementation and customization.
- Teamwork and Communication: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
