Mechanical Assembler
Pay:$17$19.50 per hour
Hours:Nights 6:00 PM 4:30 AM Monday Friday (with occasional Saturdays)
Location:Sapulpa OK

Job Brief:
We are seeking a skilledMechanical Assemblerto join our team and assist in the assembly of aircooled heat exchangers. This role requires proficiency with hand tools blueprint reading and various shop equipment. As a Mechanical Assembler you will play a critical role in the construction of heat and air exchange units while ensuring quality and efficiency in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble Heat Exchangers:Use basic hand tools to build aircooled heat exchangers following detailed instructions.
- Operate Shop Equipment:Work with overhead cranes plasma cutters grinders tape measures and forklifts.
- Blueprint Reading:Interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
- Unit Assembly:Assemble condensers boxes and coils for heat and air exchange systems.
- General Shop Support:Assist with tube pushing and other assigned shop duties.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Assembly Experience:At least 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly required.
- Tool Proficiency:Skilled with hand and power tools including tape measures.
- Blueprint Knowledge:Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Attention to Detail:Strong focus on accuracy and quality in assembly.
- Physical Stamina:Capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
