Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve support requests from users via phone email or inperson delivering topnotch service.
- Install configure and maintain desktop hardware and software ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems applications and network connectivity.
- Provide user training and support for various software applications empowering users to maximize their productivity.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security protocols to protect our systems and data.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in desktop support or a similar role demonstrating strong problemsolving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Active Directory and remote support tools.
- Knowledge of hardware components and peripherals.
- IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
