Job Description
Our client is a fastgrowing agribusiness company serving Agricultural produce across the continents of Africa & and Asia. Apart from Agri They have a stronghold in the Metal/ Minerals and Coal business. Their wellestablished and committed team is proud to work towards a common purpose every day establishing a sustainable supply chain in global commodity trading while distributing Agricultural produce Efficiently & and Responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Data Entry Record to Reporting (R2R) with accuracy and within timelines (invoices Journals Bank account entries Bank account Recon. and money movements)
2. Daily Dashboard MIS Reporting within the timelines including Budget vs. actuals Forecasting cash flow projections for next month Qtr.
3. Fiscal planning and liaison with internal and external auditors Audits3.Tax Planning
4. Ensuring Corporate Compliances including VAT PAYE WHT Payroll taxes etc.
5. Training and guiding of accounting staff
6. Manage changes in corporate structures shareholding etc. as may be required
7. Cash flow management and allocation (demand and distribution)
8. Forex exposure mitigation.
9. Finance Operations with Lenders / Banks etc.
10. Manage Balance Sheet Ratio in collaboration with Accounts and Auditors
11. Funds Routings / Planning with Accounting Team
Requirements
B.sc/M.sc Accounting
Chartered accountant (CPA)
Minimum 10 years experience
Good knowledge of accounting practices
Preparing Financial Statements
Accounting organizational skills
Data analysis
Tally and Microsoft Office.
Soft Skills: Eye to detail Interpersonal Skills Leadership critical thinking
Qualifications: B.Tech/BSc in Mechanical Engineering/OND-HND in Mechanical Engineering. Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing, beverages, or packaging.
Education
First Degree or its equivalent in Social Sciences, Business Management or any other relevant discipline. Master s degree in relevant Social/Management Sciences and other related discipline is an added advantage
